We recommend starting to drink the coffee about a week after the roasting date printed on the back of the coffee bag, and finishing it within one month.

It is best to store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. For longer storage, put it in the freezer. If storing in the refrigerator, be careful of odor transfer from other foods.
