Grind Size: Medium Fine ~ Medium
Temperature: 100°C
Time: 2:00 ~ 2:10

[Preparation]
1. Boil water.
2. Once you've placed the paper filter in the dripper, rinse it with hot water.
(The purpose of rinsing is to remove the paper odor and warm the equipment. Use approximately 100g to 200g of hot water as a guideline.)
3. Discard the hot water and put the powder into the filter.
【extraction】
0:00 First cast 30g ( steaming )
Gently shake the dripper to ensure the hot water reaches all of the coffee grounds. You can also stir with a spoon.
0:40 2nd throw 50g (Total 80g)
Pour the liquid in a circular motion, drawing a circle about 3 cm in diameter from the center. Try to pour it all within 10 seconds.
1:10 3rd throw 40g (total 120g)
Pour in 40g using the same method as the second pour.
1:4 0 4 throw 30g (total 150g)
Pour in all 30g by 1:50. Be careful not to pour too quickly.
If the hot water has finished dripping by around 2:00, the extraction was successful. If it takes too long to finish dripping, use a coarser grind; if it's too quick, use a finer grind . The time is just a guideline, so please adjust it to your liking.
Rapid cooling
Pour the brewed coffee into a pitcher filled with plenty of ice, stir, and cool it rapidly.
Pour the rapidly chilled coffee into a glass filled with ice, and it's ready!
