<Sensory Profile>
It has fruity flavors of grape, fig, and baked apple, and as it cools, it develops a flavor reminiscent of red wine.
The fermentation wasn't overpowering, and it had a smooth mouthfeel with a noticeable sweetness. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a clean, natural wine.
[One of El Salvador's leading microclimates]
Santa Rita Farm is located at the foot of the Santa Ana volcano in Sonzonate state, western El Salvador. The farm boasts excellent soil conditions, thanks to volcanic ash soil and humus created by fallen leaves from shade trees, making it ideal for cultivating high-quality coffee. Here, Bourbon, Pacas, and Pacamara—all Bourbon varieties—are grown.
[Pioneer of Central American natural coffee]
At Santa Rita Farm, Bourbon beans are grown in the highest altitude area of the farm, producing high-quality coffee every year. Furthermore, the farm is renowned for being one of the first to adopt the natural process, which has now spread throughout Central America and gained worldwide support. It is a pioneer in popularizing highly ripe, floral natural coffees.
[Harvesting ripe reddish-purple cherries]
Coffee grown under carefully managed shade trees matures slowly, developing a reddish-purple hue and a sweet, wine-like flavor. We offer "Santa Rita Natural," a sweet coffee with a distinctive aroma and flavor reminiscent of premium Ethiopian Mocha.
